TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER & COORDINATOR

Owandy, a leading dental imaging manufacturer in Europe is seeking for a technical support engineer & coordinator to strengthen its development in North America, by providing a local and premium support to its distributors throughout US & Canada.

Position Description
Based in California (LA) and in direct communication with the Headquarters in France, you will be responsible for providing technical, functional and troubleshooting support to Owandy’s distribution network in the US & Canada. You will organize and coordinate technical training sessions to distributors in the US and Canada. You will manage the daily technical operations in accordance with our after-sales policy, and will have a COORDINATOR’s role with local technical teams. You will report your daily activity to the French headquarters.

Knowledge, Skills & Requirements
• 10 years + experience, with educational background in electronics, electro-mechanics and with strong IT skills.
• Support of healthcare related software and hardware for medical imaging, x-ray & 3D imaging device.
• Ability to train dental technical professionals in an efficient way
• Ability to work flexible shifts and willing to travel up to 50% of your time.
